Describes a nine-week trip to several Atlantic Coast countries of Europe during May-July 2023 - alternating between foot and bicycle to walk along the coast of Cornwall, the highlands and islands of Scotland, the Picos de Europa of northern Spain and the Pyrenees, interspersed with cycling trips along Hadrian's Wall in England and the coast of Bretagne in France. After all that, a week of repose in an old stone cottage the Cevenne region of southern France, coupled with a canoe trip down the Herault River, seemed the ideal way to finish this adventure.
